Cramps in my upper left abdomen. what is there?

Few things.: You have muscles in-between the ribs, under the ribs (diaphragm). Irritation of the stomach (gastritis) could sometimes feel like upper l abdomen pain. The spleen is also there, but unless you're having other symptoms, it's less likely that's the cause of the pain. It's something you need to get checked out by your doc for, though!
