D, e ; a ; folate, (folic acid) calcium ; magnesium ; over 1/3 are deficient in vit c, b6 ; zinc, so unless you have an exceptional diet it' reasonable to take a quality multivitamin ; 5-8, 000 iu/day of vit d3.
