Yes: And if you can quit smoking, you'd get sick much less! don't forget that in the winter, our noses need moisture--even when we think they are stuffy. Many times they are asking for moisture. I like ayr saline gel spray as it sticks and doesn't run down the back of your throat. Steroid nasal sprays are helpful too!
