Yes: And if you can quit smoking, you'd get sick much less! don't forget that in the winter, our noses need moisture--even when we think they are stuffy. Many times they are asking for moisture. I like ayr saline gel spray as it sticks and doesn't run down the back of your throat. Steroid nasal sprays are helpful too!

Consider hernia: Pain in the groin associated with cough or sneeze could be caused by an inguinal hernia. You may want to consider seeing a general surgeon. If you are pregnant, management should be deferred until after the pregnancy.

There are many...: There are many potential causes of pain with coughing; some of them are mild (ie. Bronchitis, viral infections, etc.) and some are more serious (ie. Clots in the lungs). The cause would have to be worked up thoroughly by a physician, after a complete history and physical examination, to rule out some of the more serious potential causes.

Flu: Body aches with a runny/stuffy nose is more likely flu or a flu-like virus and not a simple cold. If symptom onset has been in the past 24 hours... Tamiflu (oseltamivir) could be used to shorten symptoms.... Otherwise... Symptom relief and chicken noodle soup.
