Mgt: Avoiding triggers related to your allergic symptoms is important in controlling your allergies. Post nasal drip can cause a cough, but if it persists despite allergy treatment, please follow up with your PCP. I would suggest an inbox consultation to help determine the next step. Please avoid smoking. Nasal saline rinses may also help and then you can reduce your Zyrtec use potentially.
