ManyVariablesDepends: For a crude guide, check https://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/body_mass_index. Compared to average us citizen, you are slender ; that tends to correlate with better, not worse health. The low-fat diet fiasco has driven obesity, so avoid copying the us average. Muscle mass, lipoproteins by nmr, average blood glucose by hba1c ≈5.0%, resting sbp <120 mmhg, staying physically active, etc. Are better guides.

Keep in mind that "Normal", the substitute concept for health promoted by most people & the medical industry, does NOT mean Excellence of Health; only not Severely Abnormal. The medical industry DEFINES normality as average +/- 2 Standard Deviations, i.e. the central 95.8% of a variable, as compared with a small group of individuals (assumed to not be ill) & measured sometime in the past.
