SSRI vs SNRI: Celexa (citalopram) raises serotonin symbalta raises both serotonin ; norepinephrine. Shouldn't be much difference as far as wt gain--probably body mass metabolism ; severity are all factors.

I take 20 mg celexa and 50 mg pristiq (desvenlafaxine), (desvenlafaxine) celexa in p.M. And pristiq (desvenlafaxine) in a.M.Therapy doesn't help. Perhaps i need different antidepressant?
