Talk w/psychiatrist: You can talk with your psychiatrist about the results you're getting. Ask whether different medications, or maybe augmenting those you're already taking, would be useful. For instance, some research shows that augmenting antidepressants with l-methylfolate may help. Also, talk with your therapist if you feel the work you're doing there is not helping. Most will want to know, & do want to help.
