Information: Is the septation 5cm or the cyst? Since you know you have endometriosis, it could be an endometiroma. However, septated cysts are often monitored closely, with frequent ultrasounds and follow up until regression which can take up to a year. Some doctors feel it necessary to take it out to make sure it isn't cancerous.Do you have other symptoms?I think you should definitely talk to your doc further
