Zoloft (sertraline) tx: Sa? Is that sad (seasonal affective disorder)? It looks like you have both depression and post traumatic stress disorder (ptsd). Zoloft is a good choice for ptsd. If you have significant ptsd sympotms or typical depressive symptoms that may well respond to the higher dose of zoloft. However, atypical depressive and sad symptoms often respond to a medication like wellbutrin (bupropion). Discuss with your dr.
