See an MD: Your doctor will adjust the dose of zoloft (sertraline) and prescribe meds for preventing migraines, such as lamotrogene or amitryptyline.

Topiramate: You should see a headache specialist. Stop taking analgesics for your headaches. Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day. No smoking. Limit caffeine use to 2 cups daily. Exercise daily. No meal skipping. Consider using topiramate.
