A member asked:

If someone passes a motor and sensory test and balance checks out fine, could they still have cns cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: CNS cancer can be silent when it is small. So clinical examination can be entirely normal. It is only on a MRI scan that we can see the smaller cancers when there is a good reason to suspect one based on your symptoms.
