Wound Care: If the wound is not large and the edges have came apart. You can use butterfly bandages to align the edges. Then use a topical antibiotic like neosporin, polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin). Cover the wound twice a day with the antibiotic and keep it covered with a bandaid large enough to cover the wound... But get a cool bandaid, they come in all sizes, shapes, colors, and some have antibiotic already on them.
