Don't overdue it: You may do more harm than god using such a strong topical antibiotic. Better to use a gentle antibacterial wash, follow that with a regular strength antibacterial topical, and an unscented vitamin e cream. Should heal in three weeks with just regular care - don't overdue it or you may irritate it into not healing.
