Could i get rid of my acne scars using polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin)?

In short, NO: Whike it may result in faster healing which will reduce scarring, it will generally not eliminate scarring and primary treatment aimed at reducing acne flares with retinoids and topical/oral antibiotics and hygiene are more likely to minimize scarring.

No: Polysoprin will never remove acne scars. In my experience, the best treatment for deep acne scars is a deep fractionated erbium laser combined with a full coverage superficial erbium laser treatment.
