Anything possible: Endometriosis is typically found in the pelvis in areas of "local spread" near where the tubes empty into the pelvis. It has been found in more distant locations presumed to also spread through the blood. It is not typical to see up around the liver, though, so i would not assume that pain in this location is endometriosis. Also, at 30 years of age, is hrt because you had ovaries removed?
