Different feeling: Usually back pain does not feel like cramping. It's either continuous, achey, or sore. Cramping pain from your period is very different. Not sure what btb means. If you're studying a lot, and under stress, and not getting much rest, you could feel achey from sitting a lot in one position without lumbar support. If your having back spasms that don't go away with rest, see your doctor.
