Lab clarification: I am not sure if you type the right result of the blood work. With hb of 15.4 it does not make sense that you have hematocrit of 82.2? And MCV of 28? Please clarify the result of the blood work again. And what is the level of your platelet?

Examination: You need 2 investigations. See your General Dentist to evaluate for gum disease (infection) which can cause bleeding gums. See your General Physician to evaluate your lab tests (your's do not make sense) or repeat lab work, and evaluate for systemic diseases that can cause bleeding gums. Both investigations are required, it's not either/or. You may have multiple bleeding causes.
