Favorable histology: You describe a tumor of favorable histology. A gleason three tumor is on the lower scale of risk. Other pertinent information would be the size of the tumor ;#40;percentage in core and number of cores positive;#41;. You should seek the advice of an oncologist for specific cure statistics and treatment options. It is not uncommon to observe small gleason 3 tumors as they sometimes are less aggressive.
