Call your doctor: At thirty weeks of pregnancy, spotting can be normal or can be a worrisome sign. One cannot know without further investigation such as a physical examination. Other worrisome signs accompanying bleeding may be abdominal pains, decreased or lack of fetal movement, leakage of fluids other than blood, or fevers. Please call your obstetrician. All the best!
