Yes: Sexual intercourse during pregnancy is perfectly fine. Sometimes during pregnancy, the cervix can be more friable than at other time. Spotting after sex can happen during and outside of pregnancy depending on amount of force used which can also cause some vaginal wall trauma and cause bleeding afterwards. Definitely if the bleeding continues, you should see a doctor for a pelvic exam. Good health.
