Questionable dates: Do you mean period on 3/11 and positive pregnancy test on 4/17 and bleeding on 4/18? If yes, you likely had a spontaneous loss of an early pregnancy. About a quarter of early pregnancies are lost, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo.
