EKG low voltage: Low voltage means that what are called the qrs complexes are smaller than usual. There are many possible reasons, including a barrel chest, copd, cardiomyopathy, infiltrative diseases, severe hypothyroidism, pericardial effusion, obesity, to name a few. Sometimes no significant underlying reason is found. Discuss with your doctor for clarification of your particular situation.

Limited information: It feels like looking at 2 pictures. Anywhere between technical differences, such as gain for the machine or actual electrode placement to clinical events that might have happened between tests, anything appears possible. An equation with too many variables...
