Need old EKG: Low voltage means the tracing showed low amplitudes (i.e., the "spikes" were not very tall). The nonspecific T wave abnormality refers to an upward or downward deflection after the spike. Without an old EKG, it is hard to tell if the T wave abnl is new or not. This pattern is seen often in healthy younger people, which (given ur age) is probably the case; however, a new T wave abnl can indicate MI
