That is rough: You are not getting a break! if my math is right, 24 day cycle alternating heavy then light, GI symptoms off and on every week. I am not a gyn but it sounds like no real cycle at all. By that i mean you are having non-ovulatory bleeding with irritable bowel thrown in for good measure. There could be more to it like fibroids, but at any rate see you gyn so you can stop suffering with this.
