I have been on the implant since august 2019. it is now november 2020. so a little over a year. i have been experiencing a lot of pregnancy symptoms that i havent before. breast tenderness, nausea, loss of appetite, cramp (but no period) am i prego?

Best to test: Pregnancy symptoms don’t always mean pregnancy is present but best to do a pregnancy test, since the implant is primarily a progesterone hormone which does not usually cause such symptoms. The implant is usually quite effective in preventing pregnancy but not quite 100% effective. If your pregnancy test is negative I recommend follow up with the provider who placed the implant
