I have lichen planus for 5 months dr. meds are no help. all over skin only, are tanning beds useful for itchiy skin in moderation. uvb didn't help.

No cure: There is no cure, just maintenance for lichen planus. Several dentists work with particular pharmacies to have a custom rinse made up for helping with the problem. Sometimes some meds may have to be administered in severe cases. I would consult your dentist or an oral surgeon.
