Hi i went tanning in a bed a couple times and i have multiple tiny red dots underneath my skin on my stomach what is this? it doesn't itch or hurt.

Because you subjected your skin to the intense UV of a tanning bed, your skin has likely accelerated this process. This will continue at a rapid pace if you continue tanning beds. That said, you should get the red dots checked out to be sure.
