Sounds like Angiomas: What you are describing sounds like a benign condition. The tiny red dots commonly come out after sun exposure, but slowly over time in most persons. Because you subjected your skin to the intense UV of a tanning bed, your skin has likely accelerated this process. This will continue at a rapid pace if you continue tanning beds. That said, you should get the red dots checked out to be sure.
