No: The ultrasonographer, or "tech" is not allowed to tell you the results of your exam, because they are not physicians. Sometimes a physician will give an ultrasonographer permission to tell patients some information before the physician reviews the images, but usually you have to wait to get the results until the physician makes a determination about the results of the exam.
