Not so much down: Up yes, down not so much , unless your sick from vomiting. From day to day everyone's weight will change by a few lbs. So only weigh your self 1x/ wk 1st thing in am to decide on any trend. If down by 5 then let gyn know. This is not the time for weight reduction diet , nor a free for all. Easy does it.
