I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and only recently i have reached a prepregnancy weight. i weaned my daughter 7 months ago. one nipple returned to normal size, the other did not. i see occasional white cheese like cream on them. no scaling?

Normal: You did not mention whether you are breastfeeding or not. Assuming that you are no longer breastfeeding, as the breasts return to normal, the excess/leftover milk in the ducts will come out over time. As this milk dries up, the consistency may be cheeselike. It is nothing to worry about.
