Possibly : Sounds reasonable and i would suggest that you both see your family physician for cultures and if both of you show up positive, usually a medicine like Amoxicillin with get rid of the germ.

Depends: Where was the proteus in your husband? If it was in his urine he needs treatment. If it was in a throat culture and he has no symptoms, i don't think he needs antibiotics as this is colonization and not invasive infection. You could also have colonization in your mouth and not need antibiotics. For more advice, consult an infectious disease physician.

Probably not: The chances are low that you have contracted proteus mirabilis infection in mouth after having oral sex. Because the enzymes inside of oral cavity can digest most of the bacterial protein thereby protecting infection. However i would always suggest to keep good hygiene.
