Sinusitis: The answer is no. Nosebleed is not a symptom of sinusitis. However, medication used to treat an acute sinus infection such as decongestants may cause drying of the nasal mucosal lining causing them to be more prone to bleeding. Or excessive clearing of sinus secretions may cause damage to small vessels in the nasal mucosal linings. Get your doctor to look in your nose.
