Not the right Rx: If you have pcos, which is associated with irregular cycles, then you would benefit from birth control pills unless you are trying to get pregnant. Folate (folic acid) will not regulate your cycles.

No, not likely: No, neither folate (folic acid) nor Folic Acid are known to reduce ovarian cysts or help circulate menstruation.
