Not dangerous: The biggest danger with polycystic ovarian syndrome is that often it's accompanied by no period, anovulation, which puts women at increased risk of uterine cancer. In addition, can be associated with increased risk of diabetes. Endometriomas won't hurt your, but can affect fertility. See gynecologist to determine if you need treatment.
