Yes, definitely: Stones enlarge because of high concentrations of different "salts" in your urine. You need adequate fluid intake to generate 2+ l of urine/day, and avoid foods that increase your excretion of those salts. Decrease protein to decrease urinary uric acid excretion. Decrease na+ intake to decrease ca++excretion. Don't restrict ca++ intake too severely, though; that may increase urinary ca++ excretion.
