Is it possible for a kidney stone to grow from 3mm to 2cm in 2 months?

Doubtful: If the 3mm value was from an x-ray and you had a subsequent ct or ultrasound it is possible that the subsequent exam could have demonstrated a larger, but uncalcified matrix that would not show up on a plain x-ray.
