Void > 2 liters/day: Stones are not uncommon and the most common stone is a calcium oxalate stone. The most prudent way to prevent future stone formation is to avoid void > 2 l of urine per day, add citrate to the diet (lemons and limes are 100% citrate), add magnesium to the diet (200 to 500 mg), take in vitamin b6 as a supplement. If you had had more than one stone a metabolic evaluation is necessary.
