Hope for the best: When you pluck a lash, mostly it tries to regrow and if all goes well, it will track down the same opening from whence it was plucked. But some will dig a new tunnel and sometimes point towards the eye termed trichiasis. If this proves bothersome, you can pluck those lashes but if they regrown badly, your ophthalmologist can remove them permanently.
