Oculoplastic surgeon: Misdirected eyelashes (trichiasis) can be treated by an oculoplastic surgeon. Options include epilation (pulling the lashes out), cryotherapy (freezing and killing the lash follicle), electrolysis (burning the lash follicle) or surgery. You should also work on ways to control the need to pull out your lashes as this problem will continue to recur. Good luck!
