Yes: Definitely able to perform skipping rope or running on treadmill when 20 days pregnant. Even 20 weeks, pregnant for that matter. Exercise is good in pregnancy and has been shown to decrease pt's risk for excess weight gain, diabetes, high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia, a whole host of pregnancy complications. Definitely a good idea. Most important is just to stay well hydrated!
