Pre eclamapsia: Try using enteric coated Aspirin or take Aspirin with an antacid.

Aspirin Rx: Aspirin can be highly upsetting in pregnant stomachs and can irritate the lining and sometimes cause bleeding. Talk to your OB and see if there is an alternative for rx.
