Creams/Powders: There are many creams and powders to choose from. In general, keeping the area dry will help. Have a dermatologist look at it to see if is just irritation (needing steroid creams) or has a fungal component (needing antifungal creams/powders) other skin conditions can mimic "jock itch" including psoriasis, other. Good luck.

Spray at Drug Store: Your doc can give you an anti-fungal. Alternatively, you can try an over the counter spray/cream/powder from the drug store. One is called tinactin (tolnaftate). Fungi love dark and damp places so try to keep things dry and change underwear daily. Peace and good health.
