Don't recommend it.: Technically an adult with a healthy liver can take a maximum of 4000 mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) in 24 hrs. However you are pregnant, and i would not recommend that much tylenol (acetaminophen) on a daily basis. Not good for baby or you, and the tylenol (acetaminophen) may end up actually contributing to rebound headaches. Talk to your ob, and consider trying alternatives-acupuncture, ice pack on the back of the neck, neck massage.

4g: You should take no more than 4 grams of tylenol (acetaminophen) daily. That is equivalent to 2 extra strength tablets every six hours.
