Yes. : Yes. Scapular fractures are very painful and because of the usually associated trauma to the chest they may be associated with rib pain. The fact that there is no displacement will result in less pain.

Fractures: Most fractures have pain associated. The severity may vary depending on the degree of inflammation there is and how bad the fracture is.
