See answer: Making moderate exercise a regular habit before trying to conceive can help you feel good throughout your pregnancy, have more stamina for labor and delivery, and shed the baby weight faster and may even improve one's fertility. Walking, jogging, swimming, weight lifiting/resistance/core training, yoga, etc are all excellent activities. Important to avoid overtraining and intense exercise.

Should not: You should be able to do what ever you were doing before you were pregnant after you get pregnant.
