You never call: High blood pressure based on only one BP determination. If your diastolic (lower number) is consistently 90 or above at your age, you should be evaluated and possibly treated by your doctor. Diet, exercise and weight loss may be all that's necessary.

Bp: 110 is good, the 90 is the upper limits f normal. This is only one reading, have it taken other times after sitting and resting for at least 5-10 minutes. If readings are ok there is nothing to worry about. Normal readings are 140/90 or lower, .
