No, probably not: Your top number or systolic readings are normal. The bottom or diastolic is slightly high. Limit salt in your diet. Lose some weight if you are heavy. Limit soda and alcohol. Stay away from cold/allergy medication. If your botton number or diastolic reading remains over 85 you should see a doctor.
