Not logical: In short, why would you do this? Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is indicated for narcolepsy and adhd. Alcohol is to be avoided at all costs in narcolepsy and negates the effects of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) for adhd symptoms.
