No: Crystal light is a commercial brand name that refers to dozens of products, all just a little different, that typically contain a blend of artificial and natural sweeteners. I am not aware of diuretic properties of any of the sweeteners used in this commercial product.

A few of the crystal light formulations (high energy) contain caffeine which can give you a diuretic like effect.
