Is metotrolol/ 25 mg a diuretic?

No: Metoprolol is a beta-blocker medication (these medicines end in -olol). They block the effects of adrenaline. They are not diuretics however sometimes thay are combined in the same pill with a diuretic (for example tenoretic which is the combination of atenolol and chlorthalidone).
